Real Time Messaging (RTM) not working with Sophos anti virus

Just an FYI to the community and Isomorphic in case others run into it.....

A customer has discovered that Sophos anti virus can sometimes prevent Real Time Messaging from working, at least on the Mac.

Adding the server's IP address to the Sophos "Allowed Websites" fixed the problem.

Just a note that this is obviously a problem with Sophos anti virus spuriously detecting an attack. Real-Time Messaging does not contain attack code or anything that should be detected as attack code by a correctly implemented security product.
