SmartGwt 3.1d - Chrome Toolitem Overlay

I am using SmartGwt 3.1d with Chrome.

It seems that toolitem overlay images are little bit larger in height than the tooltitem height since when moving mouse over the tooltiems there is constant change of toolitem size to accommodate that overlay image.
This happens only in Chrome, in FF and IE it is fine.

Check for third-party CSS (see FAQ). If that's not the problem, please indicate exact version (test with the latest if you haven't) and what DOCTYPE and skin you're using.

Yes, I have checked and there are no such thing in project. Basically, I am using same livegrid showcase example to test it against new nightly builds and for this case it works fine in ff and ie but not in chrome.
