BatchUpload throwing errors on upload button click

Hi,

I tried the BatchUploader and right after selecting my csv file and clicking 'Upload' it gave me the error:

'Server returned FAILURE with no error message performing operation 'custom''.

This can be reproduced with the Showcase

Also with IE9 the TextItem next to the browse button has a width of 1 and is almost invisible.
