Different design for DynamicForms (title above the field)

Hi Isomorphic,

is it possible to have the DynamicForm look like this mockup?

The title should be displayed above the corresponding TextItem/SelectItem/FormItem.
I'm pretty sure I can fake such a design with no-title FormItems, StaticTextItem and SpacerItem, but an out of the box support would be great.

I tried this and it works like a charm. Also, from an UI perspective, the form is way nicer now.
I'd really add an example of this to the LGPL showcase, because it is never shown so far and a good feature.
