Server Javadoc BaseResponse STATUS_FAILURE, STATUS_VALIDATION_ERROR constants missing

please see the BaseResponse docs. Unlike the STATUS_* below, STATUS_FAILURE and STATUS_VALIDATION_ERROR have no link "See Also: Constant Field Values" and constant field values does not include them either.
