Dots instead of day names on sgwt 6 & spacious density for date chooser

I also noticed that select items have wrong image on IE 11. See showcase homepage, theme & density select items

We were briefly reproducing this on one machine, and it seemed to persist despite clearing the cache, then it mysteriously went away after another cache clear.

IE can sometimes be very strange about clearing the cache - it will tell you the cache has been cleared but end up retaining some entries.

We would recommend killing all instances of IE, starting a new instance in a blank tab (don't navigate anyway to go to the Showcase), clear cache here, restart the browser again, then finally come back to the Showcase.
