Multi Group Dialog not working in online showcase

Hi Isomorphic,

please see this gif of the v11.0p_2016-04-07 online showcase sample:

• It is not possible to select the columns to use in the multi-grouping dialog. I'm doing doubleclicks in the gif.
• This does not happen always but most of the time.
• This does also happen in latest 5.1p.
• The up/down icons are broken.

This has no priority to me, as I do not use user-configurable multi-grouping in my application.

We've resolved both issues in SGWT 5.1p/SC 10.1p and newer. The fixes will be in the nightly builds dated 2016-04-09 and beyond.
