tiles shown as 'undefined' in showcase

Open "http://www.smartclient.com/smartgwt/showcase/#tiling_basic" in a safari browser on OSX.
resize the browser window.
The tiles disappear and "undefined" gets in its place.

We previously tracked this to an OSX-specific Safari bug introduced in a recent dot version. We don't currently plan to work around it as we expect Safari will get fixed and the broken version obsoleted by automatic updates.
