However all my tests are failed regarding the SQL pooling, if anyone doesn't have any complaint other than me, than it means I'm doing something wrong.

Is it not possible to send me a server.properties file with the correct parameters, asking this so Admin console solutions didn't worked for me, so I can at least see what am I doing wrong.

Also, if that's not possible, can u advise how can I get a paid service for this issue??
