"Filter using" displays when showFilterEditor is not explicitly set.

I think this is pretty straightforward. As you can see in the example at http://www.smartclient.com/#fetchOperationFS, the "Filter by..." context menu item is displaying when showFilterEditor has not been explicitly set. That menu item has no valid sub-menu options and displays "[Empty menu]" when selected.

If we add showFilterEditor: true to the definition of the grid then the menu item displays (as expected) and contains the various operators one might anticipate being in the list.

If we add showFilterEditor: false then the menu item does not display (in my opinion, also as expected).

It is only when showFilterEditor is not explicitly set that the odd behavior occurs.
