Missing week 43 in timeline week resolution

I noticed that my timeline was missing week 43 when showing it in weeks resolution and I was able to recreate this issue in the showcase.
To recreate this go to http://www.smartclient.com/smartgwt/...ine_resolution and change date to today and choose the "Weeks (6 months)" resolution.

This was actually only cosmetic - it was a result of title-generation logic for the inner-most headerLevel making itself susceptible to changes in DST.

It's been fixed for builds dated October 20 and later.
