Date grouping by month and year broken in online showcase

both the sample issue and date grouping issue are fixed for me in the online showcase using v11.0p_2016-11-01.

As you say, the price field is a float, not a currency, so behavior is correct - we may make a sample change to show the values with a fixed precision.

The other issues you noted have been fixed for builds dated October 26 and later- some group titles were incorrect because of a bug in code that converts the month number between a string version and it's date representation - fixes group titles for groupingModes "date", "monthAndYear" and "dayOfMonthAndYear".

Another problem (most likely no bug, but a sample problem) is the precision of the "price" float field.
Tested using Chromium 54.0.2840.59 and EdgeHTML 14.14393 and FF26 with Win 10, if this matters.

Also, dates displayed as "December 2016" are actually November.
