We are using the Graphite theme in our product. We've had a recent complaint about the Hour and Min text not being readable due to the color on the datetime chooser.
I've reproduced the issue in the showcase by changing the Skin to Graphite, going to date.js and changing the "date" control to a "datetime" control and clicking "Try It".
