Are tha flags in the showcase part of the skin?

I need a dropdown with flags to select country. I see that you have some in your examples. Are they part of the skin somehow, so that they can be used? Couldn't find them...

On this topic, i'm trying to see if there's a list somewhere with localized country names for GWT. The showcase is only in English i think. Anyone know if there's something i can use for GWT, or will i have to iterate through Locale or create my own property bundle?
