Unreliable SmartGWT and its support

Hi there,

I have a licence copy of power edition and i should confess I made a big mistake buying this product as the support is horrible and I have never got any help in the forum to my issues and if I got it says read the intructions which I feel is not complete.

Now back to the main issue can somebody help me to guide me what this error is about.

You did not purchase support. A quick look at your previous posts shows obvious reasons why Support has not jumped in to help - please read the FAQ or how best to attract the attention of Isomorphic when you have not purchased support.

Also note that baseless insults of the product (you have not identified any bugs at all) won't help you get support.
