Alignment of fields in form when title of a field is of longer

Hi,

I am using SmartClient Version: v11.1p_2017-07-09/PowerEdition Deployment

I have created a Dynamic form with multiple form items. I have set colsSpan to show 4 formitems . The title lenght can vary. In case the title width is more the alignment of fields gets distorted. Attached screenshot.
I want all the text boxes to be aligned. How can this be achieved.

Either:
1. set a wider column width so that the title doesn't wrap
or
2. set foriItem.wrapTitle:false or dynamicForm.wrapItemTitles:false to avoid wrapping; columns will necessarily have uneven widths in this case
