Able to resize sections in sectionStack even when setResizeable is set to false

Hi,

I am using SmartClient Version: v11.1p_2017-07-09/PowerEdition Deployment

I am using section stack with the sections containing DynamicForm drawn when user expands a section. All sections are collapsed initially. I have set the property setResizeable(false) on all sectionStackSections. Still i am able to resize the sections.
Am i missing something

From a quick look at the sample, which is linked directly from the docs, this property is working as expected.
