11.1p: Excel export with formatCellValue converts null to single space

Hi Isomorphic,

please see this sample (v11.1p_2017-12-21). When you export it as XLSX or CSV, you'll see that the Nationhood column for Bermuda, which should be null, is a single space instead.
This is a problem if you export and import and have number fields, as the default validator for that field will now complain about " " not being a number, which is correct.

I have the same problem in my SmartGWT application with setCellFormatter().
