In the ListGrid if you update the field that is marked as PrimaryKey the row becomes doubled (The old row with old field remains and the new one is added at the bottom).

Correct. Changing the PK should be done by performing a "remove" followed by an "add" because the record's identity has changed. That's why PK fields are not editable by default.
