Slider on start value positioning error

Hi Isomorphic,

searching the samples (v11.1p_2018-02-09) I saw that in https://www.smartclient.com/smartgwt...cts_lf_shadows on start the slider value is positioned wrong for both slider (a bit too high).



This is very minor for me, I just noticed it.

This recent regression has been fixed for builds dated February 11 and later.
