Datasource Date field configuration

Hi,

Is it possible to set configurations for the date field generated by a datasource linking to a DATETIME field in SQL. The date field appears but not with the functionality wanted (i.e. to show the DATE portion only).

Also, is it possible to have a calendar display Monday first instead of Sunday? (despite locale).
