Fast scrolling on page brings the page up after hitting the bottom of page

Hi Team,

I am facing issue with the scroll on my application. I grab the scroll bar and drag it down very quickly to hit the bottom of page. The bar hits the bottom but it auto scrolls up for a couple centimeters. This only happens when I fast scroll down till the end. Any suggestions?

Hi,
To reproduce this ,just grab the scroll on any page and quickly scroll down to hit the bottom of the page. It auto scrolls up by few inches as soon as it hits the bottom. PFB the screenshot. Notice the red box at the bottom.

Hi,

to me this looks like a nested grid screenshot and it does not happen in the respective sample for me.
