Problem with DateRangeItem and TimeZones

Hi,

using 3.1p.2012-12-10 with Firefox 16.0.

Problem: DateRangeItem is behaving different with Timezones +04:00 and +04:30.

For TZ +04:00 it is working correctly.
For TZ +04:30 it will select one day ahead. For instance you select 11th of December (through datepicker) but in the text field it shows 12th of December.

Is it a bug? If yes, when can be solved?

Yes, this is a bug. It has now been fixed for 4.0d and 3.1p builds - the fix will appear in tonight's builds, so please try your use case with the 3.1p nightly build that will appear on the website tomorrow (December 13).
