Timeline eventOverLap Question

Hello Isomorphic

have question regarding the eventOverLap for Timelines
is it suppose to behave like the Calendar where the Events overlap each other if you set the eventOverLapPercent=100

cause we trying it on your Simple Timeline show case and seems like not doing any thing
