Issues with header icons in Stratus skin

I have noticed some issues with the header icons/images in the Stratus skin, as seen here https://www.smartclient.com/smartgwt...s_header_icons

• the close, minimize and cascade icons are dark grey with a lighter grey rollover while the maximize is black with a light blue rollover, seems inconsistent.
• all the other icons seem to be white which barely show against the light grey window header. Seems to me like they should be grey or black with the light blue rollover.
• on rollover the icons don't change the cursor to "pointer" which I believe is the default behaviour.

These issues can be seen on the showcase and also locally I tested on Firefox 62.0.2 (64-bit) on MacOSX and SmartGWT v12.0p_2018-10-06.
