Moving Resizbar on TouchScreens not possible.

Moving the splitbar on a Windows 10 PC with a touchscreen is not possible. With a mouse this works but over the TouchScreen, the Splitbar can not be moved.
Same behavior in the current showcase. Does anyone know how this can be fixed?
