Specific to Chrome browser- not able to scroll ListGrid using mouse wheel

When i try to scroll a listgrid using mousewheel over it the listgrid does not scroll instead whole page scrolls in Chrome browser but its working fine in other browsers. I am getting this error in Chrome console while scrolling over grid

This was a regression in the Chrome browser, which we already worked around a few weeks ago. Please get the latest patch build.

Remember that you should test any issue against the latest patch *before* posting about it. Please keep that in mind for the future. Thanks.
