Cascade Theme Missing Files?

SmartClient Version: v12.0p_2019-09-11/PowerEdition Deployment (built 2019-09-11)

In smartgwtpower.jar, it appears Cascade Theme is missing files Cascade.gwt.xml and CascadeResources.gwt.xml ?

All the other Themes have these *.gwt.xml files, unless I'm missing how Cascade is to be used?
