disappearance Events in Timeline

dear developers.
I ran into a nasty bug in the Timeline.
When navigating through time using the forward and back buttons in the Timeline, I lose some events.

You didn't mention your version or build date - we always need that information.

In this case, we assume it's 12.1 - if so, that's a known issue that's queued to be fixed - you should see your events reappear by just scrolling around.

unfortunately they do not appear either by scrolling or changing the time interval
PS I noticed that if you change the start date using the calendar-the events appear.

Do you have any news on the time frame for fixing this error?

Please retest with the latest build of 12.1 from smartclient.com/builds - a number of related Calendar issues have been fixed recently.
