Upgrade to SmartGWT 12.1 LGPL from 4.1 PRO

Hi Team,

I am upgrading my SmartGWT from 4.1 Pro to 12.1 LGPL

From the code part, i am resolved.

I just wanted to understand what should my *gwt.xml file look like since I am using LGPL version now.
