Timeline: drag event to other lane on same not working

With the current version (v121p_2020-05-20_Pro) it is not possible to drag an event to another lane without changing the date. The callback eventRepositionStop is not called for example.

To Reproduce the problem with Feature Explorer / Simple Timeline

1. navigate to a blank week
2. create a new event e.g. on week 32, 8/5 for lane darcy feeney
3. drag the event to charles madigen 8/5 -> not working
4. drag the event to charles madigen 8/6 -> working

The same with SmartClient_v120p_2019-11-25_Pro works fine
