Localisation: Missing chinese localisation in two places

We are using:

- SmartClient Version: v12.0p_2020-01-16/PowerEdition Deployment (built 2020-01-16)

We seem to miss localisation in chinese for:
- Empty tile grids
- The suggested value in textitems
- The "is blank" filters

Does our support level entitle us to report defects on localisation/missing localisation?

Our translators require working with specific tools. This means working with weblate is not an option.

OK, then:

1. use whatever tools you need to with your translators

2. use Weblate or the process documented at the link above to get the translations into Smart GWT

We don't in general offer paid translation services, but if you are really desperate, we happen to have a staff member with a reasonable command of Mandarin chinese.

Thank you for the answer we'll convert between the tools. If we add resources to weblate, which versions are they integrated into? As we are still on version 12.0 we would like to integrate them in a nightly of that version. Is that possible?

We can update 12.0 with your translations once you get them into Weblate, or you can use the process outlined in the linked thread above to just maintain private translations.
