Dynamic Titles in checkBoxItem

Hi,
I am using <smartgwt.version>12.1-p20201118</smartgwt.version>

How to show different titles for checked and unchecked states in checkBoxItem.

For unchecked state, i want to show title as 'disabled' and for check state i want to show title as 'enabled'.

Use the Changed event to call setTitle().
