Dragable Layout and grids

Hi,
I am using <smartgwt.version>12.1-p20210219</smartgwt.version>
Is it possibel to drag a layout by clicking on button?
Like i want by dragging up/down the button , below layout should increase /decrease its height accordingly?

This functionality is built in - if you just set showResizeBar on a Layout member, a resizebar will be created after the member in the Layout, with the functionality you're looking for.

If you want to change the appearance of this resizeBar, you can do so using the Skinning system.
