SmartGWT Skin Editor - 'compass' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

1. I am running SmartClient_v121p_2021-07-08_PowerEdition
2. I extract the zip and start the embedded server via -start_embedded_server.bat
3. I can open the locally hosted application and bring up the Skin Editor
4. I edited something for the new skin and click on save, get the error below

If you want to run the skin editor locally, you need to have Ruby and Compass installed.
