POP up window does not get focused in chrom but its working on firefox

Hi Team..

We just upgrade to smartgwt from 12.1-p20220107 version to 13.0-p20220311. And we have 1 issue which is occuring on chrome version 99.0.4844.82 (Official Build) (64-bit) and working perfectly fine on firefox version 99.0.4844.82 (Official Build) (64-bit).
