I'm having some display issues with IE10 resp. using <!DOCTYPE HTML>
Until now we've used <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"> in the HTML bootstrap file without major problems throughout all browsers.
But with IE 10 this breaks major parts of the layout (see ie10doctype4.png for an example. These issues can also be seen in most examples in the live Showcase).
To fix this I tried to use <!DOCTYPE HTML>. This apparently fixed some issues for IE10 (ie10doctypeHTML.png) but introduced new ones in FF and Chrome(ff20doctypeHTML.png. Buttons one,two,three and five are cut off at the bottom and the MenuItems have a margin at the bottom). Also some(not all) self styled Grids behave strange in all browsers. E.g. the cell height changes by 1 or 2 pixels when hovering over. I guess there are also issues with other widgets, I didn't check all.
Also the whole application gets slower when using this doctype.
