FacetChart setDataLineType

I am using FacetChart to create a line chart. I wish to have smooth curves between lines.

When I look in the javadoc (http://www.smartclient.com/smartgwtee-latest/javadoc/com/smartgwt/client/widgets/chart/FacetChart.html) the method setDataLineType should be able to do this. It does although not seem be available to me. I'm using PRO 3.1. Can anyone help me on why this is? Maybe it is a 4.0 feature only...?
