Despite knowing pretty much exactly where this error would come from, we tried to reproduce the warning message (by creating a simple group.ds.xml) and we couldn't.
However, as we mentioned before, we applied a fix in this area to 13.1 and 13.0. So, could you test your code with the latest build (as of tomorrow's build March 07) and see whether the reported warning messages went away?
