We've noticed a huge degradation in performance of ListGrid's, when upgrading from SmartGWT pro 3.1 to pro 4.0d.
In general all inserts and updates in ListGrid's in our application are markedly slower than with version 3.1.
One of our more complex ListGrid's has paging and grouping (we do our own client side inserts with setData - we don't use the server features) - which freezes the browser (both Firefox and Chrome) everytime we load the next page (PAGE-SIZE = 50). Following a very slow insert of the new page the "Grouping data..." pop-up just keeps showing and going away, while the browser is hanging and never recovers.
But also simpler examples of ListGrid functionality are acting very slowly.
Have others experienced this??
We have tried 4-5 of the newest nightly builds of 4.0d (including 30/4) and they all behave this way.
