Disabling SmartClient Developer Console

the linked docs still mention Firebug. Luckily, the days where you had to rely on it are long gone now :)

You should not disable the Developer Console, as it is required to be present if you need to ask for support.

It is normal & expected for the Developer Console be present when the Tools module has not been deployed.

Thank you Blama for your quick help. The page you sent is really helpful to understand things better.

We do not inherit the 'com.smartgwtee.tools.Tools' module but [webroot]/[gwtModuleName]/sc/system/helpers/Log.html is still available. Is that normal and default behaviour?

Hi there,

Is there a way to disable the SmartClient Developer Console on all or at least on Production environment?
In other words, not to be able to access ..system/helpers/Log.html page?

We are using Smart GWT 5.0.
