SMARTGWT 13.0 power edition throw error for workflow module

Hi All,

I have tried tutorials using the WorkFlow module. It seems some of the functions are throwing errors.

I have imported the package

import com.smartgwt.client.util.workflow.Process;
import com.smartgwt.client.util.workflow.Task;

still throws the error.

We would love to help solve this problem, but there are two things in the way:

1) you're support contract lapsed 6 years ago and hasn't been renewed

2) even if you had a valid Support contract, the expected way to work with Support is to report possible bugs in our software - then we fix them. You are instead just throwing out bits of your application code that aren’t working.

Your application may be failing because of faults in your code, or faults in the framework, but you cannot engage Support until you have made a reasonable effort to determine that there is a fault in our product, and that hasn’t happened here.

It looks like what you really need is Consulting, that is, working with you on an hourly basis to solve your problem, and working on it until it is solved, regardless of whether the problem is in your code or in the framework.
