Timeline printPreview multi pages

Hi Isomorphic,

We use the latest SmartGWT 14.1p to print timelines.
In print preview using Canvas.showPrintPreview(), the timeline is OK.

But when we go further, choosing to print to PDF, the result is good only on the first page.
On the second page, only lane headers are printed .
This generates an alignement issue.
You can see this problem on the two files attached.
