Double checkboxes on ListGrid

Hi Isomorphic

We have a problem when adding columns to the grid with disabled checkboxes. Grid is showing double checkboxes.
Please see modified LiveGridFetchSample from SmartClient Version: v8.3p_2013-10-05/LGPL Development Only (built 2013-10-05).

Click the disable checkboxes button at the bottom of grid.
Add one of the hidden columns via header menu.
It should look like in the attached snapshot.
Adding a column with enabled checkboxes works OK.

This has been addressed in the framework - please retest with a build dated October 11 or later

Issue was fixed. Tested with 3.1-p20131013 Power Edition.
