API missing: ValuesManager.setAddOperation(), setUpdateOperation, etc

Hi Isomorphic,

I just noticed that in v9.0p_2013-10-23 ValuesManager (http://www.smartclient.com/smartgwte...esManager.html) is missing the APIs setAddOperation(), setFetchOperation(), setUpdateOperation() and setRemoveOperation(), that are available for DynamicForm (http://www.smartclient.com/smartgwte...namicForm.html).

there was no update here in this thread, but the APIs are there now in 4.1p (and perhaps 4.0p, did not check that).
