During testing of our app on the iPad after upgrading from 3.1p to 4.1p, we have found our forms to be completely unusable. We reverted our SmartGWT libraries to 3.1p, and the app was then functional on the iPad again. After much head scratching, I decided to try the SmartGWT Showcase with the Various Controls Demo, and was able to reproduce all the behaviors in 4.1p that are affecting our app.
Clicking on the Spinner controls cause the page to slide out of the view port. If you then tab out of the field, the cursor gets lost and paints where it doesn't belong, and the page will slide up out of the view port.
More of this behavior occurs when you next down through to the Combobox fields. The page will slide in and out of the viewport, and the cursor gets lost.

The showcase is running 4.1p built on Sun Apr 13 06:10 GMT-600 2014.
