It seems that we are able to focus form items that are behind a modal window with the TAB key, and still interact with them (trigger actions with ENTER key, type text in text fields...) which is IMO really not welcome ^^.
For example, please check your example in the showcase:
http://www.smartclient.com/smartgwt/showcase/#layout_windows_modality
The description of the case says : "Tabbing remains in a closed loop cycling through only the contents of the window"... But if you focus the first item in the window, and use tab multiple times, I can focus for exemple the "Open Google" behind and hit ENTER, which will open the URL...
