SmartGwt is missing korean properties. Could you please let me know if I can download it from somewhere or whether you can add it to the next nightly builds.

Just to give you the full background: We have an documentation topic overview of Internationalization here.
That refers to this forum thread - an overview of where translated language packs for various languages are maintained.

We currently maintain language packs here. Some of these may not yet have been incorporated into the public builds for the branch you're using, and indeed there is a Korean language pack available. If it didn't ship with the build you're using, you should be able to download and work with it directly.

I checked this page but I'm having a hard time downloading the language pack. If possible, could you please provide just the SmartGwtMessages_ko.properties file. That will be really helpful. Thanks

Oh, yes this would be tricky. We'll get the updated properties file into the nightly builds going forward. We'll update this thread to let you know when it's there.

We've added the pack for SC 10.d/9.1p and SGWT 5.0d/4.1p. Check the next nightly builds.
