Getter / Setter for TabBar BaseLineColor needed

Hi Isomorphic,

could you add a getter/setter for BaseLineColor to TabBar in 4.1p?

I'll try using load_skin.js, now, but it would be nice to have in Java as well.

Hi Isomorphic,

please disregard this one. It was very easy to set with load_skin.js and I don't think I'll have to set it from Java anytime soon.
