Hi,
we are using SmartClient in version "v9.0p_2013-08-29/PowerEdition Deployment (built 2013-08-29)" and are trying to make our application accessible with screenreaders. After turning on screenreader mode and using the ARIA role "application" in the body tag many things worked out of the box, but we still are reporting a few things that don't work properly.
One thing we found out was, that the buttons in the modal dialogs SAY, WARN, ASK or CONFIRM are missing aria-labels. Therefore JAWS does note read them properly. In a CONFIRM dialog a blind person knows that there are two buttons but does not know, what action the buttons will trigger.
Is there a workaround for that issue or do we have to build our own dialogs for these basic purposes.
